I'm a bit concerned that on the FBR website they state (in past tense):
"2019: Hadrian X builds 10 houses outdoors."
Call me a pedant if you will, but the past tense of build is built.
The statement is written in the present tense. It could be argued (albeit rather tenuously) that because 2019 still has another nine months to go, the statement isn’t inaccurate, as long as it happens that is.
Perhaps contact IR and ask them to change it to “will build”. Future tense.
