exactly how I read it as well. They have till 31st Dec 2019 to complete 10 out door builds.
On in a very serious note. I’m away in the Pilbara working inland. Cyclone prep is well underway. Let’s hope not too much destruction happens to all areas concerned. Let’s hope FBR, Wienerberger and BW can build for a future where buildings have a better chance of surviving, in such scenarios.
