Yes, but I recently caught up with a guy employed by a major O & G exploration company looking for a job or to buy a business in Perth and he said the oil and gas industry is doing it tough right at the moment. Maybe in the long term it will be good but the more I look at property in Australia and particularly in Perth, I see a bubble in the short to medium term.
