Also I noticed the number of listings of houses for sale in some suburbs (Perth) has actually surpassed the number during the GFC ... I know the GFC didnt impact us that much but still worrying.
Considering during the aftermath of the GFC listings were 17,000 and listings now are 9500 that is a bold statement please back it up with real facts.
