beware

its not looking good, my downside target is now .2 cents this cap raise will be the last nail in SDL's coffin IMO.

they are going from 3 billion shares to 6 billion & 3 billon oppies thats massive for a company which does nothing but burn through cash, it would seem none of the other players is interested, no sophisticates, so its down to punters as last ditch plan.

good luck to anyone who is actually entertaining the thought.
