    You are the master of the understatement.

    My guess (and thats all it is) is:
    1) takeover at a ridiculously low price (but > .001)
    2) SP goes to .001
    3) Administration
    Have been burned many times, it doesn't feel good. Sorry for the shareholders. No schadenfreude here.

    Used to hold. I'm particularly sorry for that old soldier Westcott.
