"now that there is signs of a bottom in the market"....
This may be a bit premature, but news will eventually come regardles of the state of the mkt.
Unfortunately, it's impact could well be wasted on such a mkt!
My impression from watching the mkt today, was that those holding position in the small end of town are not convinced that the slide is over....and ditto for the same end of town buyers!
