I am suprised at the price action this morning. After Chinguetti 1 discovery was announced the price shot to around $1.00. That was without oil and resivour qaulity details. Now we have a second "significant" oil discovery and the price languishes in the 83 to 84 cent range(3 to 4 cents above the previous highs before the discovery). No shortage of sellers....
Does anyone think they could already have an inkling of resivour or oil quality?
