Madaz, you say you cant enter into those agreements without the info i referred to in my post. Well if that's the case why haven't shareholders been informed of Reserves, Met Studies and/or a Feasibility Study. The whole message from the ASX is 'the company does not continually disclose information'. You just answered the dilemma yourself. What is the Toll Treating Charge per tonne from Glencore, what is the % commission, what is the refining charge. All shareholders are told is, we have a Toll Treatment Agreement. That's it!
