Well I must say I am getting over this.
Been in a long time but really I'm starting to second guess myself.
Once management have to spend time nit picking with shareholders they really can't do their job well. As someone in business I know how these types of arguments can be very distracting from the main game.
My concern here is that WNI is really starting to kill this stock off!!
I can't believe the maturity of this bid - it looks like (from both sides) that everyone is in the school yard and the teachers just walked in on a fight and all the parties said 'well he started it'!!
I'm now at the point where I like the business, like the resource, liked the shareprice but now I'm just not sure I like the stock!?!?
I won't be accepting the takeover offer - but I do wonder whether just to sell and move on having been happy with my return and maybe relook at the whole thing after this bid has been fully played out and put to bed?
