    The market has been so fracking skittish for so long I'm having trouble picking the direction of stocks lately. It appears VOC is coming close to either breaking upwards or down.

    I would like to think that VOC has a lot going for it and will break through the resistance at $2 soon, but with all the doom, gloom and paranoia who knows....

    Any thoughts?
