This is from the MD's brief in July:

We expect FEED to be completed in late August or early September. We will then know what the
ultimate mine, rail and port solution will be and we?ll have an updated capital cost for the
Project, reflective of Q3 CY2011 costings.

It will be interesting to see if they meet this timeframe because they can't determine a rail cost on a rail option that doesn't exist.

Knowing their definition of advanced negotiations, I'm expecting early September to mean mid November. It would appear the market is of the same view hence the poor buy side depth.
