Data is pointing to a retraction, bankruptcy up, oversupply in housing multiple states.. IMO US rates could hit 8-10%, I think you are very optimistic with US share market not taking a dive every one got handed money due to COVID..taps turned off..

Gold is doing weard shit...have no answers for it..all I hope is it goes crack like a rubber band..

one think is sure...cash is king...and my goal is to ad another 0 to the end of the bank account over the next 12-18months..
