Have a look at the analyst valuations of PNA and in fact any mining stock. Their commodity price forecasts are actually pretty conservative. They assume lower prices than we currently have for the next couple of years...and then their commodity prices revert to medium/long term forecasts.
I haven't seen a valuation for PNA below $1.20. Most being closer to $1.50. From my experience, I suggest that these valuations are also very conservative. As time goes on and we get greater certainty that commodity prices will be stronger for longer, PNA ramps up production without issue, they expands Phu Kham and announced further drilling results (certainty about future projects) - broker valuations will increase significantly!
Patience will be rewarded.
