Hi all

Today was the funeral of an old friend, I had not seen her in ages but we were best friends when we were younger.

She lost her battle with depression.
So today ask someone if they are ok, give someone a hug and if you are feeling really generous make a donation to beyond blue or lifeline.

Remember 1 in 5 of us will face depression at some stage in our lifes. 1 in 3 will face some sort of mental illness.
