Your thinking about it too much, if hx works like they say and they answer all the questions builders have about it then its game on and the sp will rocket just off that build. You think cat will walk away and have fbr go to another company? Cat wants to he on top and automation is coming sooner then later. No way the pivak waited 12 years to do something like that it would make no sense. There are just way to many questions that have not been answered yet...we haven't even seen if it works nor have they answered any questions on how they will work around certain issues. If build 1 is successful and they show the work around to problems I think it shoots to 50c minimum and cat will not only take that option but agree to a binding contract. But that is a big if and why the sp is where its at.
