Thanks Aksier (sorry for the typo above) didn't mean to imply you'd abandoned the stock, but I'd not seen half the chartists who talk of 19.5c post before, and feel that they were essentially down-ramping to pick up SVL shares on the cheap.

I understand the traditional flight to the USD when markets turn sour, but silver, unlike gold, has real industrial applications, and is being produced in far smaller quantities. Even if GFC2 is upon us, I can't see a sustained fall in silver happening (that is unless you believe HSBC and JPM are pulling the strings)
