Your second chart clearly shows a cup with a handle pattern which is a bullish formation.

P.s. I am quite surprise that people in TA producing too many indicators which are actually all derived from the primary information: candles with the corresponding volumes nothing else. Clear understanding candles and their formations is more than enough without any taking into consideration numerous indicators.
