Its a take over move for sure.. no reason to spend that sort of cash if not. DES is not in position with surplus cash to do blocking deals..
Lets see if its a Script Deal again... Be good to see a deal without script.. MPH was diluting and caused further downside after deal was closed, still alot more MPH shareholders to get out yet. So dont think huge upside for some time. As soon as it hits above 28.5 cents the sellers will be there.
