I have a quibble with one of your assumptions, though not your share price projection.
If SOP wholesales in Australia for $750-800 a ton, farmers will mob it and it will completely displace imported MOP with landed costs above this - no NaCl, attractive sulphur.
We dont know what price K+S will offer KLL SOP at in Australia. I suspect it will be higher than this, to our great benefit, perhaps a modest premium to MOP delivered cost.
In WA, where so much land is salt affected or approaching salinity limits, SOP may prove the difference between viable intensive farming and cattle grazing. WA Ag Department is swooning over this potential benefit. The consequences for land prices are staggering.
I think domestic demand for SOP will surprise us all
...once the production difficulties are overcome.
