Is it time for a new way of thinking? We know where we are we know that the plant is sorting out issues and the team is working very hard. We have great expectations and all we do is want. We need a new look we need to support and encourage. Leadership is not based on negatives to grow the positives. As a investor we should be supportive. Expect opening and challenging results this they have made clear med to long term get in now short term .... bugger of.
