    Honestly, from all that’s happened someone on here speculated that quantum is in this to pump up pangeas exit and that’s it. Seems like that may be the most logical conclusion at this point. If they take over 3 months for 9.8m there is no way in hell we are seeing a full 300m being paid out over any course of time.
