Keep in mind Quantum is a Shariah gold company operating in a majority Muslim country
under sharia law Gold mustn't be kept unless for charity. It must also be kept separate and transported separate from non sharia gold.

quantum uses Brinks to facilitate the shariah gold.
on quantum's website it clearly states that investors can only withdraw at a Brinks branch. Which is to keep the gold shariah. Access is available 24/7 to see your quantum investment but you cannot sell it via the app. Only in person.

this is where the scam claims come in. I can see why one would state that religious requirements could be confused as a scam when one can't access their investment immediately online.

I can see why Quantum would want Besra, being a good supply of physical gold in a Muslim country.

hope this clears things up re how quantum operate.
i have no interests in Quantum nor buy Shariah gold. I have no vested interests other than being a BEZ holder for over 12 months.

a positive to me is the Quantum legal issue isn't even a big story in Malaysian news which keeps me grounded. Dato, Submit the paperwork. Big slap on the wrist I hope!
