Asx announcement will be out shortly.
Nothing has changed from the day before yesterday.
Quantum will be making an announcement to clear this up (Not Besra).
I am told that It was fundamentally an error that upcoming US Nasdaq listing documents were posted to the Malaysian website and the Malay SC thought they were marketing securities to the public.
As for the $9.8mil.....I believe it will be paid next month.
Those that created the panic yesterday should be ashamed of themselves. Always trying to screw the retail holder.
