What shareholders should be doing, instead of shooting off emails that won't get responded to, or asking James to have Andrew call you, is starting a petition to force an EGM to effect some change. You only need 10%.
Without an independent Chairman or CEO, shareholders have little chance here, based on what we've seen last 3 months, in my view.
