Everyone has a choice and a reason for doing what they do and no one in this instance did anything for nothing, they have been paid well and stand to be rewarded well for their efforts. No issue there. So not sure of the point you are trying to make.
As for JB correct me if I'm wrong, but one of her employees sold the CDI's without her knowledge and being the head of her company she was held responsible, fair enough. One could assume that a person in her position and experience would not have deliberately sold in a blackout period. But there is usually a way to work out an exit out amicably. But I am not privy to how this all went down, I can only see the damage it has caused. Surely this could have been handled better.
As for the PP design and construct shipping out of China has been an issue for some time. This has been an issue for many projects small and large, not just availability but cost overruns. The capacity of the local harbour and all other factors would surely have been taken into account by the design and construct team before committing to such an important agreement .
So who is responsible for not doing that due diligence or consulting the right people/companies to achieve a workable timeline. Not me.
If there have been problems or hold ups then give investors an update. Again surely not too much to expect from a publicly listed company run by professionals.
