You would have to admit that Seton's departure was very sudden, within minutes of an AGM.

Why has it taken over 3 months to come clean on the bank account issue, that order itself has cost BES shareholders over $38m already. Was it only because the ASX asked for a response last week? And why does it taking so long to even set up a new account to remit funds owed?

It's very interesting that you confirm thats it's Quantum customer's money funding deposits to BEZ. Given Quantum offer 5x and 10x leverage, how does Quantum cover the differential against it when gold is rising sharply (like now) and customer's want their profits? Do they hedge at all to mitigate their risk of loss.

Others posted last week that customers were being asked to wait 14-20 business days for redemptions and/possibly only 70% was being returned at some point. Does this not concern you?

Further, if customer's dry up, has QM's balance sheet ever been offered any point to prove it can make good on this financing deal?
