It was a reverse speeding ticket issued by the ASX due to increased volume and price movement.
There is a release coming from Besra to address the query raised by the ASX.
I am told Quantum will be doing their own press release in Malaysia to address the cease and desist which has nothing to do with any insolvency issue and not relevant to the ASX.
I believe that once the $9.8mil payment is received next month, all this noise will all go away
