    Yep, spot on.
    My theory is Quantum deliberately delaying payments, to scare everyone and tank the share price, then make a low ball take over offer.
    Why else no CEO, and their people on the board. And like you said, they can block any other take over.
    The gold is in their ground, why not keep all the money in their country too, and not deal with us white folk.
    But hey, just a theory; no different to uprampers quoting $1 $2 share prices.
