@GoldenBoysI refer to your comment as to me being a scumbag. This has been brought to my attention by a number of posters.
Please be advised that you are not anonymous and that i will be instructing my legal representative to contact Hot Copper to have your details provided so that I can commence action against you.
For the record, I have increased my holdings in my super account Tymms and Byers Tymms Superfund. Its clear that you hadn't considered this when making your comment.
Regardless of the above, you have defamed me and I wont let this go.
I am of high character and have never made a false statement in my time on hotcopper. I advised the forum last week that I had spoken to the company and they had indicated that they were expecting the $9.8mil to be paid in April. The next day the company confirmed this in there announcement.
You have 24 hours to write a full apology here and withdraw your remarks or I will have no choice but to take this matter further.
