If you guys dont watch your mouths carefully you could be in serious trouble and facing hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages plus $million dollars in legal costs like the infamous case of Stock Swamie. Don't think you can hide under your HC nickname and be safe. HC will have to hand over your profile and all your HC posts and activities details plus your internet IP addresses to the court. Don't think you can hide under different HC user accounts either.

Don't think you can throw around stupid accusations and baseless speculation about a company doing a AUD $9bil-$10bil off-take deal and you can get away with it. Those defamatory accusations can cost you big big money and you could be banned for life from any sort of financial transaction or activity including stock market activities.
