Yes it is. The issue seemed to be we were told money for last payment hadnt been recieved yet, but recent announcements showed gold price for the missing payment had been locked in at the time it was announced at 28/12 funds are "to be received".
I assume tge most recent update was supposed to clarify the reason for this was money was received but returned?
Another thing that came to mind. It seemed to state quantum cannot transfer funds to Bez accounts directly due to Sharia or whatever. If that is the case then by who or where is current Bez pre purchase cash being held? Does it actually sit in a Bez account now or some third party? Could tgat just get closed like previous ones apparently did?
