In my previous posts where I mentioned about SXG I also said I believed SXG will need to do a CR around Sep-Oct this year given their estimated cash on hand is now expected to be around $5mil-$5.5mil.
But today they announced that they are doing a CR for $10.2mil. Much earlier than I thought as they are still in an aggressive drilling campaigne. They have not had their maiden MRE yet. Their lastest Exporation Target is 1mil oz to 1.6mil oz. That is in contrast to BEZ's current MRE of 3.3mil Oz and an Exploration Target of 4.9mil oz to 9.3mil oz.
This highlights the importance of share dilution going forward. The top share holders fully understand how lucky it is for Besra not to be concerned with share dilution as it has plenty of cash on hand. It makes a huge difference to our investment as we progress towards mine construction and production.
