I disagree Andrew as the gold resource JORC found to date is shallow down to about 80/90 metres. if BEZ stopped right now drilling then a cheap open cut mine can in laymans terns "bulldoze" that shallow gold out and sent to a crushing mill (I am simplifying it as much as possible). That would cost a guestimate well below $1,000 oz to produce at a time when Gold is in a longer-term price up trend due to a number of factors previously mentioned.
The deeper drilling is if we find more gold is cream at the top in terms of increased revenue earnings (i am simplifying it again as much as possible).
Reminder that we do have an asset of 3mio oz of gold (and the gold sent to a crushing plant before xmas showed the grades were better than estimated in the 2013 JORC).
