You will find no off-takers willing to pay that much money. Up to USD $10mil per month is a very generous amount of pre-payment in my book.

Other customers would not pay that much. They always set milestones to see the project derisked and then pay at each milestone.

The only reasonable explaination for that much money to be paid by Quantum is because they wants to fast track this project to production as quick as possible. And the facts of all the activities that they have achieved and are doing as i listed out yesterday supports my belief that they want to move this project to production as fast as they can.
