A thousand bucks cash cost back in 2011 maybe. Suspect it will be nearer to 1400 to 1500 in today's world. It's a refractory deposit which used to involves autoclave which adds to capex and cash cost. I gather there maybe other metallurgical solutions which could avoid autoclaving. We shall see..
Still it's probably right in the middle of the cost and IRR curve, that is to say a project with reasonable margins which should get developed.
