I hope so but my experience is that's it's very easy to talk about but these things are never that straightforward in the cold light of day.
I'm sure if they were to exclude royalties and other costs to come up with an ''adjusted cash cost' they can massage it to make it all look more rosey than it generally is.
This is not a dig at Besra but just a general observation of how mining promotions work. As Mark Twain said "the definition of a mine is a hole in the ground with a liar on top".
I hope so but my experience is that's it's very easy to talk...
