Sure, that is completely plausible, except that the guy funding the project (founder of Quantum) is also the Chair of Besra.
So how can he in all good consciousness wait 3+ months to pay the deposit for a gold purchase order. Does his credibility and business reputation not mean anything to him?
I think at the very least it shows which hat he wears (Quantum) and, at the very worst, their model doesn't work and they are scratching for capital (taking short cuts in the process as per the SC alert on Sunday).
Hoping all will be revealed tomorrow.
