Yes but only since September 23 and further changes were made end of year. A lot of work is currently being done to make up for lost time including PP progress, EIAs, tendering for DFS etc. This stock is not a get rich quick scheme, however, my opinion is that it is very undervalued at present.
PS I remember you from 2008 when I originally joined HC. Good to see you here still. Do we get wiser as we get older ?
