It serves my interests (and other shareholders interests) to see that this company is run to a high standard of corporate governance and for the benefit of its minority shareholders.
I would encourage you to be pragmatic and realistic about all the red flags and therefore apply pressure on management to improve communication via the official channels and not be palmed off with second rate excuses, such as imaginary vendettas of disgruntled former Quantum Metal employees.
