    BGL has 1.6bil shares including performance shares.

    At today Sp of $1.90, its fully diluted MC is more than $3bil.

    BEZ's MC today is at $46mil. It needs to increase by 6500% to be in line with BGL's MC.


    Of course i only need half of that 6500% to be half of BGL's MC.
