I bet that there are a million Bank accounts that get opened and closed for no reason on a daily basis. Quantum don't exactly seem to jumping out of their chairs to reassure the market that this $9.8 million will be definitelypaid soon. Must be very difficult to make such an announcement. I don't get why people are only questioning the $9.8 million from 3 months ago that hasn't yet been paid. What about the $30 million per month since that December payment? Red flags any body?
