I have just finished a quick read of the actual legal agreement. There is no 30 months and there is no they must deliver up to USD 10mio per month.
There is a clause that says the amount per month is up to USD 10mio per month.
If you don't believe me go read the actual agreement yourself.
It's been previous mentioned where you can find it including the ASX notice on the 28 June 2023 by the independent experts on the legal agreement (legal and accounting firm BDO) saying this agreement is fair and reasonable for BEZ shareholders to approve it at that time at the EGM in mid 2023.
