I think you'll find that people have just taken the USD$300M total and divided it by $10M/mth and figured it would be 30 continuous months of handouts.
Dato said at the AGM (@ronme correct me if I'm wrong here) that even though there may be periods of non-payment, the intention is to fund BEZ with the FULL $300M, regardless of timeframe.
