In my latest communication with the company I was told the $9.8mil will be paid before or on 30th April. I was also told that under previous management nothing was done to prepare for DFS commencement but now it is almost ready for the DFS contract to be put out for tender. The DFS is the one that I am looking forward to as it is an indication of the company taking a huge step forward for the project.

I was also told and i quote here: " a lot are being done behind the scene and the momentum is building". Once the new headquarter office is secured, new recruitments will start, including a new CEO. The explaination for the slow recruitment for the new CEO was that a new CEO will cost a lot of money and also involves a significant amount of performance shares and options in many multimillion units (my interpretation is 10mil-20mil performance shares and options on top of significant salary package), plus the headquarter office wasn't ready.

Now that the company has announced it has secured a new head office in Melbourne, I think things will start moving.
