I don't see the top 20 as gurus. I am just stating fact that there has not been any significant movement to the downside from the top 40 in recent times.
As per my post above, I am a high risk / high reward investor and many of the TOP 40 fall into the same boat.
Quantum being both a cornerstone investor and offtake partner can be a great thing or not so great depending on how this play out. However to have an offtake partner and major shareholder bodes well compared to those penny stocks having a loose register full of retail. The top 40 holding 73% is impressive for any penny stock in my opinion.
