For the sake of argument, forget about 300 M USD arrangement. And,
Imagine a scenario of a gold mine explorer with:

3.3mil Oz of gold resource and all within shallow 100m from surface.
and someone says they will buy gold and they will pay 55 Million AUD in advance/down payment just as off-take contractual agreement. And, they already paid 40 Million and rest 15 million will be deposited by April.

Also, EIA (Env. Assessment) of that company is done.

What do you think SP reaction of that company?
Now, my interpretation about BEZ SP now:
I have been watching closely many companies with analytical mind-set. Most of the time, especially during exploration, prior to PFS, DFS, the SP never reflects it's true color - mostly pumped, dumped, and hyped. Real investors appears when they think it is right time to kick in. And, I saw, they come in usually when nearly all lost hope and done.
Another factor IMO, without flow of information or lack of comms, SP seems like a lone helpless deer surrounded by hyenas around. They play with SP as their wish. Don't wonder if BEZ goes down to 4 to 5C.
But, don't wonder again if it goes to 3 to 4 dollar one day.
