The accurate position seems to be 40 milion held in an independent account that apparently besra have access to use but unclear how that works going forward.
Gold resource owned by a third party company that besra has a majority holding in rather than direct ownership.
Finance deal and what that entails for funds provided to date and control of bau holding company still unclear at least to a large part of the market it seems?

Let's not guess until we hear from company. This $40 M is money is not here for sitting idle, for sure. And, IMO, they already started using this money for the pilot plant parts purchase etc. Let's sit tight and news will be flashed out eventually.
