Pivot Plant 2nd Section. I talked to Kevin Zhou of Jinpeng who is in charge of the building of the Pivot Plant yesterday. There is a slight delay in the completion of fabrication works. It will now be finished by middle of May and hopefully can be shipped to Kuching by the the end of May. I have asked him to send me some photos when it's convenient to him. I asked him why the Pivot plant was built in 2 parts and and not in one go. He told me that in doing so BEZ can save some import duty! I did not know that was duty to be paid. Since the State government is so keen on this project, BEZ should ask for duty free imports for all machineries. As I said before, BEZ is greatly undervalued, even Quantum gone broke. Things seem to going on BEZ side when Quantum having cash flow and Shariah Auditing problem.
