What is the significance of "to be" if they knew there was an issue with the account and could not make the transfer at that point? Is there some conspiracy to this too?I am more curious why if Bez does have access to the account with the money received in it, then why can they not transfer directly to that account? I thought an explanation given earlier was that quantum couldn't transfer to a bez account due to sharia? If so then who holds the account with current funds? All very confusing.
